Sweet & Smoky Ark Pepper Glazed Chicken
This crowd-pleasing recipe uses Ark Pepper Company sauce to create a sticky, flavour-packed glaze that’s perfect for weeknight dinners or entertaining.
Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs (or breasts)

2 tbsp olive oil

Salt & pepper to taste
For the Glaze:

3 tbsp Ark Pepper Company BBQ Smoked Maple Hot Sauce

1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
-
1 tbsp soy sauce
-
2 cloves garlic, minced
-
1 tsp Dijon mustard
Instructions

Season the chicken
Pat chicken dry and season both sides with salt and pepper. -
Sear for flavour
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Sear chicken for 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown. -
Make the glaze
In a small bowl, whisk together the Ark Pepper BBQ Smoked Maple sauce, honey, soy sauce, garlic, and Dijon mustard. -
Glaze and finish
Reduce heat to medium-low and pour the glaze over the chicken. Let it simmer for 5–7 minutes, turning occasionally, until the sauce thickens and coats the chicken beautifully. -
Serve
Spoon extra glaze over top and serve warm.
