Sweet & Smoky Ark Pepper Glazed Chicken

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs (or breasts)

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • Salt & pepper to taste

For the Glaze:

  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard


Instructions

  1. Season the chicken
    Pat chicken dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.

  2. Sear for flavour
    Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Sear chicken for 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown.

  3. Make the glaze
    In a small bowl, whisk together the Ark Pepper BBQ Smoked Maple sauce, honey, soy sauce, garlic, and Dijon mustard.

  4. Glaze and finish
    Reduce heat to medium-low and pour the glaze over the chicken. Let it simmer for 5–7 minutes, turning occasionally, until the sauce thickens and coats the chicken beautifully.

  5. Serve
    Spoon extra glaze over top and serve warm.
